Consultation
To commence, we initiate a 15-minute consultation where we thoroughly discuss the project's particulars and ascertain our compatibility before proceeding further.

Feedback
Upon completion of the initial website draft, you will receive a link to review the progress. Subsequently, we will schedule a brief call to discuss your feedback and any necessary changes, allowing me to adapt the website accordingly.

Onboarding
Once the contract is signed, the retainer is paid, and the kick-off meeting is scheduled, we proceed with the project. While you gather the necessary copy, content, and assets, I will initiate the site plan and brand questionnaire.

Revisions
The period between the first draft and the launch day is dedicated to incorporating the feedback you provide. I will meticulously revise and ensure that every aspect is executed correctly, ensuring that we can launch a final product that both of us can take pride in.

Kick-off
Once all the assets are created and collected, we conduct the kick-off meeting as a final checkpoint to address any queries and ensure that we are aligned in our vision. After our meeting, I begin work on designing the website with your specifications and goals in mind.

Launch day!
Your website is now fully completed and prepared to conquer the online realm. Before we officially launch, we will conduct a final walkthrough together, ensuring that you feel at ease and confident in utilizing all the features of your website.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do payments work?
A 25% retainer of your total project price is required to book your project in my calendar. Another 25% of he project price is due by 8pm PST the night before your scheduled project start date. The remiaining 50% is due at the end of the project and before full ownership of the website is handed over to you.
What does basic SEO mean?
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the creation of information that Google and other browsers use to organize and include a website in search results. There are a number of ways that browsers collect this information and it’s always changing. The basic SEO included in all C. Redstone Design packages is setting up meta-data information on images and page descriptions, optimizing image sizes and content so websites load quickly, and optimizing the design for mobile. Each of these things helps to improve SEO.

SEO is a larger marketing strategy so if you want to include things like Keywords to help your website get found, this is something that needs to be included in the copywriting phase of the project before any web design starts. C Redstone Design does not offer a custom SEO strategy at this time.
